This is the garden featured in Bailey Van Tassel’s book, Kitchen Garden Living. It was her personal garden in Southern California. It was defined by vertical slatted beds with full trim, a rustic arch that was always covered in plants, and a vintage limestone trough they fashioned into a fountain. It was a mere 400 sq ft but boasted massive yields.
